Arjun is a certified mindfulness-based stress reduction, meditation teacher and transformation coach.
Arjun’s training with Three Jewels Meditation (NYC), The Centre for Mindful Living (London) and National Centre for Behaviour Change (London) enables him to combine meditation and deep personal inquiry techniques to help identify self-limiting beliefs and negative patterns of behaviour which are the obstacles to living life from a place of authenticity.
Arjun is the coach for you if you are struggling with a sense of identity, or not able to show up fully as you’d like, if you know there is something deeper that you have to offer the world, but face resistance in doing so.His science-backed methods support emotional and nervous system regulation, stress reduction, self-care, and focus.
Arjun's journey with meditation began in 2010, facing struggles in health, career, and relationships, he realized these mirrored his inner state, leading him to develop a more authentic relationship with himself.
