I've attended many breathwork classes and have just qualified as an Oxygen Advantage instructor. This was easily the best class I've ever been too. Nate was incredibly skilled at leading the group and the mix and progression of the exercises perfectly hit my breathwork sweet spot!
I was so relaxed I felt really heavy. This normally only happens when I have acupuncture. It was amazing! One of the real highlights of my week.
Taking time out of my day to focus on my mind and body makes a big difference in my well-being. They are a great way to tune into your body and get out of your own head for a time. And I love that they can be tweaked so you can end the session energised and focused or calm and relaxed. Brilliant!
