Bring a notepad and pens, so you can take part in some of the exercises. We'll be in touch before the event with any handouts you need – but don't worry, if you haven't got a printer you'll be able to work on them digitally.

WHAT TO EXPECT

A 1hr workshop hosted by one of our qualified ADHD coaches. You'll explore ways of thinking, helpful exercises, and the experiences of your fellow attendees to round out your ADHD toolkit and take actionable practices away with you.

Kit is an instructional and graphic designer and former academic success coach for university students. She is also a certified mindfulness meditation instructor and coaches adults with ADHD. Skilled in mentoring on interest and value exploration, time management, motivation, and goal setting, Kit brings a trauma-informed and out-of-the-box approach to deep-work methods. As someone with ADHD, deep work has allowed her to flourish!
