A lover of psychology and philosophy, Micah first developed his interest in deep work through having two novels published while working as a journalist.
Having since lectured on technique and productivity for creative writers at college and masters students, he now leads FLOWN's Academy.
Loves: travel (warm climes only), chocolate (a bit too much), geeky trivia and cosy quiet evenings with a good book.
