WHEN TO DROP-IN

Drop-Ins are all-day open sessions Facilitation is light-touch and any interaction with your fellow Flockers is optional. Drop-Ins are there for you whenever *you* need the powerful effects of virtual body doubling and silent co-working to get you through a piece of work.

Whether you only have 30min between meetings and need to write a few important emails, or you want to get into a 'flow' state for a few hours without interruption, Drop-Ins are the flexible addition to your FLOWN Flocks schedule.

HOW A DROP-IN WORKS

• Arrival (anytime): Pop your goals for the session into the chat (and read what everyone else is working on!)

• Deep work: Get down to it, and work away on whatever needs to get done.

• Share progress when you leave: You can drop out at any point, just share how you went in the chat.
