What to expect from a session with Dylan
Repetition - Ritual - Results
Any task can become effortless with simple repetition - and I find my pursuits, such as meditation and creativity, inform that journey. When repetitions become ritual, extraordinary results will follow!
Unique, artistic and exciting
Look for consistently creative recharges that will offer you an opportunity to clear the cobwebs in your mind and find a new spark of inspiration for deeper focus.
Eclectic and carefully curated
Anything from woozy, ethereal instrumentals to modern indie, visiting a healthy dose of classic rock, R&B and jazz on the way. Don’t rule out the odd pop tune to keep things current.
Get to know Dylan
Dylan began his journey in group facilitation with...
... a 200hr Yoga Certification. This led him to a seven-year-and-counting career in the fitness industry as a full-time teacher. With the intention to help others fall in love with movement, he found countless daily practices that he’s excited to share with others in a new way.
What brings you to FLOWN?
FLOWN entered my perception at a time when I least expected it and when an opportunity to collaborate with FLOWN came up, I immediately clicked with the culture of the team and wider community. In my life, intuition has spoken out from within me a number of times, and FLOWN is a chief example of this - my heart just wants to be a part of this team.
What keeps you motivated?
I’m motivated by the opportunity to learn every single day, even and especially from the inevitable challenges of life.
What makes you happy?
Writing and playing my own music, seeing live music, films, walking in the park with no headphones (sometimes no music is good, too!), my family and my wonderful partner, Sara.
Where else might we find you?
Riding my turquoise cruiser bike around the neighborhood, at a live concert or sitting at a cafe scribbling furiously in my journal.
