    The Power of Anchors

Anchors are powerful tools that help us ground ourselves and shift our focus. To create an anchor, we associate a specific gesture, scent, outfit, music or place with an emotion or state - for example, relaxation or concentration. Creating and using these anchors will help you to return to a state of calm or focus more easily when needed.

    Focus and Flow Tunes

You can look forward to playlists designed to enhance your focus, featuring binaural beats, rainy jazz cafe music, or some nature sounds. I’ll alternate this with some upbeat, happy tunes to elevate your energy and mood throughout our sessions.

    Wellbeing coach and pilates teacher...

...Alysa brings a truly holistic approach to health and wellbeing.

With a focus on neuropsychology in her psychology bachelor's degree, completing a master’s in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, becoming an accredited coach, and teaching reformer pilates.

Alysa continuously expands her knowledge to support each client fully and prioritises her wellbeing to stay grounded and present in both her work and personal life. Alysa’s warm, supportive approach creates a space where individuals feel encouraged and empowered to pursue their goals and wellbeing.

    What brings you to FLOWN?

During my master’s degree, I was introduced to the concept of flow and had the opportunity to join online study sessions with fellow students, which transformed my approach to productivity. When I found FLOWN, I recognised a shared passion for supporting flow and productivity, while allowing yourself to be human. I immediately knew I wanted to be part of FLOWN and contribute to our shared mission!

    What keeps you motivated?

Connecting to my ‘why’ and breaking down big goals into smaller doable tasks. Oh - and celebrating the big and small wins! That’s why I love that there is a moment for intentions and reflection in flocks so as to stay intentional and notice one’s progress.

    What makes you happy?

Beautiful sunsets. Sunshine in general. Pilates. Dancing. Music. Walks in nature. Reading. Travelling and exploring new places and cultures. Quality time with friends and family.

Where else might we find you?

When I’m not facilitating flocks, coaching clients, or teaching reformer pilates classes - I’m probably taking a moment to rest and recharge - with some yoga or meditation, a sauna session, a walk, a good book, catching up with a friend… or I’m travelling somewhere new!
