Participants built their focus routine gradually, day by day, week by week.
They started with a weekly focus commitment (at least 3 focus sessions per week). Then layered on planning and prioritisation, and finished off their routine with recharge.
Participants supercharged their focus in distraction-free environments that moved their work forward.
They explored our Take-Off and Time Blocking sessions to set direction and strengthen their flow.
Members stepped away, reset, and came back sharper – learning that deep work is as much about rest as it is about focus.
