Join on your phone, meet your guide, then simply listen and walk. You’ll explore your senses and surroundings and discover novel ways to refresh your focus and open up your creativity. All you need is earphones and phone signal!

These transformative 25-minute sessions will soothe tension, quieten your thoughts, and help you get into a headspace for deep rest and flow. Be guided through powerful breath exercises by our experienced coach, then return to your day energised and relaxed, ready for whatever’s next. You’ll need a quiet space.

FLOWN’s morning Take-Off is a simple 20-minute session that sets you up for a focused and fulfilling day ahead. Begin with a short meditation, take some time to journal, and share your goals for the day with a small group of fellow members. That’s three healthy rituals in one 20-minute meetup. You’ll need a pen and notepad.
