“I wish for everyone to find their passion and purpose in life! I believe we can have more than one. I’m passionate about living for every day rather than just for the weekends and I’m devoted to a balanced life.”

    The breath does wonders.

Feeling over-stimulated? Inhale through the nose, and exhale as you make an ‘sss’ sound like a snake till the end of your exhale. Do this 3-5 times. Feeling sluggish? Inhale through the mouth for the count of 2 and exhale through the mouth for 1 for at least 2 minutes.

    Playful. Grounded. Supportive.

Expect to feel instantly connected to yourself – through compassionate, balanced work, movement, breath, and curious listening to your needs. The aim? You experience some practical magic.

You can expect it all! I very much love music and my favourites to work to are Spanish, Indian and Middle Eastern ‘beach club’ vibes, jazz and binaural beats.

    Phoebe is a multi-passionate individual...

Her first career was in musical theatre, spending eight wonderful years on stage. She thought she would be singing and dancing until her last breath but Phoebe’s curiosities led her down another path, greatly influenced by a trip to India in January 2020.

Phoebe’s lifelong passion for leaning into a balanced, holistic life means she’s now qualified in: Deep breath (200hr professional yoga teacher-training), pre- and post-natal yoga training, reiki, human design reading.

The unstoppable East Londoner is currently training to become a breathworker.

    What brings you to FLOWN?

I have always been a lover of organisation, lists and, crucially, teamwork. Being part of a theatre cast and crew, I’ve learned that positive collaboration is the only way to put on the show. In my solo practitioner capacity I still work withpeople, but I missed the feeling of being part of a team. I heard about FLOWN and immediately knew this was the next step for me!

    What keeps you motivated?

What keeps me motivated is learning! There is always something new to learn: from another human, from a book, from an experience or a difficult lesson. Even when something goes ‘wrong’ there’s a lesson there.

    What makes you happy?

The simple things make me happy? Warm tea morning and evening, the sun on my face, dancing to loud music, baths, deep conversations with friends, some daily yoga and, inevitably, singing in my kitchen (probably to The Lion King)!

Where else might we find you?

You’ll find me on my yoga mat, finding a sun trap, in the forest - sometimes separately but sometimes all three together. I’m also on Instagram posting about my latest holistic obsession(s). @phlowspace
